Predictors of Long Covid 19 Syndrome

Background: Symptoms of covid persist in most cases with development a multisystem syndrome called long syndrome. Objective: The aim the work was to evaluate symptoms that after acute stage disease cohort patients confirmed or suspected COVID 19 and define predictors for Patients method: This retrospective study involved 164 previously highly still attending post outpatient clinic El-Minia University Chest Hospital complaining from persistence regular follow up. Their data obtained their previous medical reports. Results: Post Covid were found about 86 % studied 42.7% reported neuropsychiatric 26.8% respiratory symptoms. common non-severe anxiety disorders (18.9%), followed by chronic fatigue neuropathy (15.2%), while dyspnea 9.8% mostly severe cases, vertigo headache 9.1%, musculoskeletal 6.1% skin lesions 3.7%.
